PT Downtown - Restaurants & Co é uma nova cadeia de restaurantes situada em Albufeira, uma das cidades mais vivas do Verão algarvio, muito visitada tanto por portugueses como por turistas estrangeiros. A inspiração do projecto gráfico, tratando-se de um grupo de restaurantes sem temática de cozinha específica, centra-se num símbolo bem português: a chaminé algarvia. Através de um jogo de positivo/negativo, cada letra que compõe o logótipo é uma representação desse elemento tão tradicional da região.
En Downtown - Restaurants & Co. is a new restaurant chain in Albufeira, one of the most vivid cities in Algarve, that gets crowded by portuguese and foreign tourists during the summer months. Our graphic inspiration for the brand, being the chain of no specific kind of cousine, was the algarvian chimneys. Using the sense of positive/negative, every letter in the logo is a representation of that extremely important architectural element in Algarve.
