PT A ideia do nome para este restaurante resulta de uma brincadeira fonética a partir da palavra SALSICHA. A letra S, presente duas vezes, e o CH tornam a dicção desta palavra muito própria. O objectivo é elevar esta característica ao patamar de marca. Já a cor desempenha um papel muito importante quando se fala de salsichas. Recorremos à paleta cromática dos molhos que se usam para acompanhar o ingrediente-rei: ketchup, maionese e mostarda.
EN The name of the restaurant results of the S and CH sound of the word "salsicha" (sausage in portuguese). The goal was to make a brand out of these very peculiar sounds. The colors are iconic in the hot dog world. For the chromatic palette we chose the hot dog's best friends: ketchup, mayo and mustard.
